SEASONAL COOKERY MASTERCLASS
Our award winning Roux-trained chef, Derek Johnstone, has prepared a series of Cookery Masterclasses focussing on the very best of Scotland’s Seasonal Produce.
Each masterclass will commence at 11.30am with a fun and informative demonstration by Chef Derek and his team, after which canapes and a specially selected glass of wine will be enjoyed before descending into the splendid Great Hall where a two course lunch (the menu consisting of the dishes demonstrated) and paired wine
