Award winning chef, Derek Johnstone, and the legendary Borthwick Castle invite you to an evening of sumptuous seasonal delights.

Our award winning Roux-trained chef, Derek Johnstone, has prepared five beautiful courses using the very best of Scottish produce,
favouring ingredients of the season.

Alongside our distinguished welcome cocktails and the exquisite wine pairings, our menu promises to be an occasion of culinary and social delight in one of Europe's premier castle keeps.

The evening begins in the sumptuous State Room with a choice of one of the elegant Borthwick cocktails. Afterwards, descend into the splendid
Great Hall for dining and exquisitely paired wines.
