WINTER TASTING WITH DOUBLE THE TALENT IN OUR KITCHEN Borthwick Castle, Head Chef, Derek Johnstone is delighted to welcome Executive Head Chef, Robert Bates (Winner of Hotel Cateys Award 2018) and Head Pastry Chef, Dean Cole from The Belfry Hotel and Resort, to join him in creating an exceptional "Guest Chef's" Dining Experience as part of our winter programme of events. Derek, Robert and Dean have collaborated in bringing together the best of the season resulting in the creation of an exceptional menu reflecting their vast array of experience in Michelin Restaurants across Europe. The evening will begin within the sumptuous Stateroom with a personal welcome from the Chefs. With exquisite wine pairings and elegant cocktails, the evening promises to be an occasion to delight. |
